A cover from Nanking registered to Hannover, Germany, bearing CIP Coiling Dragon 1c, 2c, 5c x 2 and 10c, these stamps were originally franked on another piece of paper, were removed and re-franked, tied by bilingual 'NANKING' cds, h/s 'R/NANKING/No.1248' registered frame chop in red. and 'SHANG-HAI/17.11.02' Fr.P.O transit. on reverse with bilingual 'SHANGHAI/17.11.02' transit and 'HANNOVER/20.12.02' arrival cds.
